§ 105-3. Duties of Finance Committee.

The Town Council shall designate its Finance Committee to oversee all cemetery operations, including the activities of the Sexton. The Committee shall meet upon call of its Chairman or the Sexton and shall approve all cemetery expenditures over $500. Ex officio members may be designated by the Committee to serve at their pleasure in an advisory capacity.
