§ 157-8. Violations by corporations.

If a corporation shall violate any of the provisions of § 157-6, the officers and directors of said corporation shall likewise be deemed to have violated the same and each and all of them, jointly and severally, shall be personally liable to pay any fine incurred by reason of said violation.
