§ 242-2. Penalties for offenses; enforcement.

A.
Any person who violates this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $100 per day; each day such violation continues will be considered a separate violation. If said fine is not paid within 14 days, the fine shall double, and after 108 days said property shall have a lien placed on the land records for the value of said unpaid fines and any other associated costs involved in the collection of said fines.

B.
The Fire Marshal of the Town of Rocky Hill or his designee shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions and carrying out the purpose of this chapter. The Fire Marshal or his designee shall have the authority to issue citations for violation of this chapter.
