§ 129-9. Storage occupancies.

A. 

General. Storage occupancies include all buildings or structures used primarily for the storage or sheltering of goods, merchandise, products, vehicles or animals other than residential occupancy.

B. 

Storage. Storage includes all buildings or structures utilized in the following occupancy groups:

(1) 

Warehouses.

(2) 

Mini-warehouses.

(3) 

Cold storage.

(4) 

Truck/marine terminals.

(5) 

Freight terminals.

(6) 

Parking garages.

(7) 

Barns.

(8) 

Stables.

(9) 

Bulk oil storage.
